1. Do FileButler & FileButler Lite operate the same?
Yes, both the versions of the program work the same way. They are actually exactly the same program, but with the full version offering you more features. 2. If I purchase FileButler Lite first and later upgrade to FileButler, do I have to pay full price for another copy of FileButler?
No. You pay the difference between the current single copy price of Filebutler and the price you paid for FileButler Lite.
3. Do I need to purchase a FileButler CD?
No. However, you do need .Net 3.5. Both Windows VISTA and 7 ship with .Net. If your operating system is Windows XP, however, you may not have .Net 3.5. If you have Windows XP and you are unsure whether or not you have .NET 3.5, you consider ordering a CD. It has everything you need.
4. How long does it take to install or update FileButler?
This depends on your computer and your internet connection . In most cases, it will take but a few minutes to download and install on your computer the first time. Updates take less time.
5. Can I deactivate FileButler without deleting it?
Yes. Select SETUP, look in the OPTIONS section of FileButler and deselect the option labeled Allow Startup with Windows. Click Apply.
